Alex's refusal to deal with the abuse he enabled, that he had ANY part to play in it, is so infuriating. That he would even paint himself as the victim or attempt "the mainstream media is so crazy and lying so often who can believe anything?"
He's an irredeemable scumbag. How anyone could ascribe any valor to him is shameful beyond words.
Sounds like while Alex pisswhines about the tiny, tiny, almost non-existent 🙄 time he's talked about Sandy Hook on-air, for YEARS his crew were busy facilitating Halbig and his harassment campaign, and Alex either was perfectly fine with it happening, or is the worst supervisor ever. Or both.
Happy 4 July! Thank you for this and all that you and Jordan do. I live and work in a state, NH, where Trump flags litter the scenery. For many, Alex is "on top of things" or "predicted 9/11" Blechh.
I feel that I am fighting an uphill, unwinnable battle trying to explain the reality. I had to give up but at least here and on the podcast I can feel optimistic that many more understand the truth....as ugly as it can be.
He was also interviewed in that HBO documentary The Truth Vs. Alex Jones, and it's pretty chilling to see him in the present day. It feels like there have been some consequences, but probably not enough.
Wonderful work Dan, very important that someone does what you're doing & I'm glad it's you doing it.
Very minor thing I want to point out though - I was listening to this piece through the handy-dandy 'read it to me' feature, and it wasn't until I looked at my phone I realised there were screenshots of those emails you referenced but didn't quote. I had no idea because they weren't being read out by the lovely robot woman who lives in my phone (because they are images). On other platforms I know you can add alt-text to describe images as an accessibility feature, for the benefit of those who use screen readers etc. I have no idea if you can do that here, but if it's possible transcribing those images into legible text for screen readers or captions that the 'read it to me' function can read out would make this sort of content more accessible in general. Idk if it's even possible, I just thought I'd want to know if it was my work, & if the audio feature actually took work at my end to enable & I was pleased I had done it, I'd like to know if it wasn't working as intended.
Anyway! This piece is great & I love your work! Much love to you, Jordan, Celine & all the Wonks!
I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. I don't use this site too much, and wasn't even aware of that function, but it makes total sense. When I get a chance, I'll explore the options and see if I can get some alt-text added.
Great article. You’re the only podcast that keeps me sane.
Ditto

I'm so tired of living in a world where people like this end up winning more often than not. Thanks as always for your work Dan.

Keep up the good work. We need people like you two. You have brighten many days of mine. Thank you.

Thank you for this, Dan. Fantastic write-up
I love that I ended up reading this in Dan’s voice in my head lol. What is Wolfgang up to now? Have there been any consequences that he’s had to face?
He's gotten sued and was arrested in 2020: https://www.nytimes.com/2020/01/27/us/politics/sandy-hook-hoaxer-arrest.html

Thanks for all your hard work and research
